On the first day of beta phase 4 I submitted a ticket to see what I could do about missing the class/city selection when remaking my Legacy character. I received a response asking me to give my character name and world and the issue may be escalated, which I did, but I did not receive another response during the beta. During the down time I tried to ask a chat representative about it, but he said to deal with the Support Desk in game and couldn't help me.

So on the first day of EA I check and all my prior tickets are gone. After realizing it wasn't due to the Support Desk outages I submitted another ticket. That was on 8/25 and I still have no reply. What is the turn around time on the Support Desk? I know there's been multiple issues, but I refuse to try and play my character in the meanwhile to have someone come back and tell me that I could have had things changed had I not progressed the story/influenced the economy/etc. Any information on the matter would make me very happy!
