Please be more specific. That is exactly where I went. Having clicked on all other options first to no success, I clicked on "add service account" thinking that must be it. But NO. PLEASE DO NOT ADD YOUR CE KEY TO ADDITIONAL SERVICE ACCOUNTS! It creates two accounts under the same log in. One with my preoder bonus, other with the CE bonus, both having separate subscriptions.
