PSN DIGITAL PROBLEM!!!!!

Today I bought the game on PSN, had already created an account and played in Beta and now when I start the game appears a message saying that I have to complete the record, it appears the URL Http: sqex.to.Msp through the PS3 browser then have a screen with the login ID Square, I login, then appears "account services" account type (none) service account status (inactive), I explain how service account status is inactive when buying the game it has 30 days subscription?

I purchased mine on PSN also and played in Phase 3 and 4. I deleted the beta client before downloading the purchased one though. Afterwards when I launched the game I had 1 Windows Beta Service listed and it recommended that I create a new PS3 service, which I did. So now I have a Final Fantasy XIV 1 and Final Fantasy XIV 2 service, Since I setup the Digital download under the Final Fantasy 2 service, I must use that to get my pre order items and early access etc. This is the service that lists my 30day free standard subscription. I know thats not much help, is it possible that you need to create a new service for the PS3 version? You still would use your same Square Enix account login. Sorry Im not much help for you.
