Steps:
1. Accepted Quest "Like Fish Passing in the Night"
2. Started Fishing in Easter La Noscea (x:35 Y:29)
3. First fish caught was a HQ Fullmoon Sardine, which counted as 1/10 for the quest, NPC does not accept HQ Fullmoon Sardine so it should not have counted.
4. Upon catching a NQ Fullmoon Sardine the count stayed at 1 and it was not until I caught my second NQ Fullmoon Sardine that the count started to go up.
