2 Square Enix Accounts, 2 PSN Accounts, and 1 PS3

So my question has regards to the PS3. I have a character from Final Fantasy 14 1.0 and have kept my square enix account and when the Beta4 came through registered it for my PS3. Now, my father who likes this game as well wanted to create his own character. He created a new playstation network account, and square enix account, all on my PS3. We only purchased 1 copy of the platform for PS3 and was able to get the early access and I registered the early access promo code for his PSN and Square Enix account (didnt add it to mine).

Now today i picked up the 1 copy of the platform will the promotion code inside, can i register it to my PSN and square enix account along with my fathers? or will i need to buy another copy just for the purpose of the promotion code?

And we are going to buy another PS3 in the near future, will the disc we purchase work and run the client for the new PS3 as long as we log in with either his or mine PSN account?
