Honestly I kinda hope all those impatient people jump ship. There the whiny ones who will just ruin the in game experience anyway. Let them game fall back to a small market like during the rebuild of 1.0... the community was much more patient and nice then anyway.

The problem with this statement is that it is still is a common occurrence in today MMO, despite it happening 10 years ago. So the act of thinking it still shouldn't be happening today vs. it does still happen today doesn't match up.

If player numbers plummeted to those lows the game will close, don't kid yourself otherwise .. yes, my Legacy status shows I want this game to succeed but right now I'm terrified it's going to tank as, beyond the walls of the SE fan club the general view on the internet seems to be right now "great game, shame about the total failure of the servers to run it".

People may be over reacting but SE should have had the foresight to test the NA/EU servers prior to EA.... I have little sympathy for bad business decisions.

they spent all the legacy monies on designing the game, then dropped the bomb that no cash for servers, now were running on rehashed V1+ffxi old hasbeens it seems
