Best way is to play with the settings yourself and see what fps you get. I'd start off at maximum desktop then manually disable certain settings to get an acceptable fps. For me I disabled FXAA because it's not really needed at 1440p resolution. Also disabled the occlusion setting.
Go with Desktop(High) or Laptop(High) which ever one you are running. Should be fine, if it starts to sputter drop a few things to normal or low.

Easily run it on desktop standard. With a lower resolution. Not 1080p, running 1080p in MMO's is suicide.
