    The Sub Costs $0.00???

    Is anyone else getting the cost of the sub to be $0.00 for them? Are subs not activated yet or does it just say that and if I hit confirm it will be the correct price?

    Mine also says £0.00 (my currency, but same issue). If I try selecting Crysta it also says 0 Crysta required too.

    I've tried/cancelled auto-renew about 5 times now, at no point does it show me any price and I'm not happy about letting something auto renew for a price that's obviously wrong, even if it suggests it's very much in my favour!

    I have sent a support ticket in a day or two ago, but I imagine it'll be a while yet before I get a reply, assuming it doesn't get auto-closed with all the others once they reach more than 48 hours old...

    Well, while I can do basic math to find out what I should be charged, I'd still like to see what I'm gonna be charged 32 days from now before I hit that confirm button.

    Agreed. If we're setting up a subscription it should be confirming the price it's going to charge for the subscription.

    Currently it says the subscription price will be £0.00 so if we agree and set up auto-renew on that and they then renewed our subscription and charged more than the already agreed £0.00 (!) then they'd be breaching their own agreement.

    I'm not suggesting I'd personally challenge it, I'm happy to pay the subscription fees, I just want to be sure that what I think they're going to charge is what they're actually going to charge. Clearly the lack of a price is a mistake which needs fixing within the next 2 weeks (1.0 players like myself only have 14 days left).
