Thread: Returning 1.0 CE Member missing CE Status and Items

Is there a problem with that? I think the issue here is that it is not displaying as a collector's edition account, when they are indeed 1.0 collector's editions.

Mine reads as follows:

The issue is the CE + Legacy I'm nearly sure. My wife and I got our 1.0 CE at exactly the same time. I am legacy and did not receive my CE items, but she is not legacy and received hers. So, I assume it is something they need to fix in account flagging once the more critical problems are fixed with the game.

I'm guessing everyone posting in here is 1.0 CE + legacy. Can anyone post that they received their items as 1.0 CE + legacy?

Still no response to my support tickets, and Live Chat is useless as it just keeps kicking me out after I wait through the entirety of the queue. Really would like to know when, if ever, we will get our promised CE items

i'm so glad to know that i am not the only one that is having these problems!! i've been freaking out the pass couple of days.... I received an email stating that they would be getting in touch with me soon.. so they have time to send an email saying im going to be getting an email.... smh....

We put in 2 tickets & they answered one but it was all about Beta Invites?! I guess they didn't even bother reading the ticket...

I sat in the chat queue forever & got kicked out as soon as it was my turn.

Our 2nd ticket is still open & we are waiting to hear what they say. I'm really hoping they are able to fix everyone's issues

It's now been beyond 48 hours since they said they would respond to my ticket as well, only thing that's changed is my NA characters now appear on the account. Still no collectors edition designation.

I was hoping I wasn't the only one in this situation (not for wanting to wish ill upon others, but just to find that it isn't a more confusing, unique issue!), so this is good news that I'm not just crazy, haha.

Both my boyfriend and I are legacy members that originally purchased the 1.0 Collector's Edition. He subscribed and started playing much later in 1.0 than me, but that's the only difference... He ended up receiving his 2.0 Collector's Edition bonus items with no issues.

My Mog Station account, on the other hand, is reflecting the same errors that all of yours seem to: the Onion Helm is there, but it's asking me to upgrade to 2.0 CE for all of the new bonuses.

I submitted an email ticket about 5 days ago, now... It took SE over 24 hours just to respond with an automated email that said they received my ticket (better than nothing, but odd that a fully automated one would take that long, even considering traffic). If I'm able to catch the live chat up and running in the next couple days, I may just do that. I just didn't want to nag them since this isn't an immediate issue for me (as long as we get the items eventually...).

I was hoping this mornings maintenance on the mog station would fix this issue, but still no resolution to it.
