Thread: Returning 1.0 CE Member missing CE Status and Items

I already entered the onion code, I can even take a picture of the box sitting next to me, it was already recognized that it is a CE account because I received the onion helm in game but I am missing all the ARR CE items and when I go into account management my account is flagged as being a standard account. On another note I even have the CE security token registered to this account so at that point it doesn't make any sense to me why its flagged as being a normal account.

Bump, can someone please look into this I really don't want to pay more money for something I already own.

hell I cant even log into the game as the mogstation doesn't recognize the fact that im a 1.0 ce owner... did you have to do anything on mogstation or did it just work no extra code entry?

I noticed some people got their accounts divided in two... one was 1.0 CE and the second was ARR CE... you might want to check through mog station if your listed as having two accounts...

I have also got some feedback from players as well with two accounts from 1.0 to the ARR CE. I am guessing you are going to have to contact someone in support for that to be fixed or SE will fix it in a few days possibly ?

My boyfriend is in the exact same boat.

We bought bought 1.0 CE and his says Standard, but mine says CE. I received all of the bonus items, but he has not. We submitted a ticket last night & I am currently 15th in a live chat queue.

Same for me. 1.0 CE and list shows Onion Helm but top of Mog Station just wants me to upgrade to collector's edition. Looks like this:

Well, good news I just got an email back after submitting a ticket of missing CE items and they are looking into it but they said for me to wait a week to re-contact if the promotional items are still missing.

Me and my wife are in the exact same situation, except I am Legacy and she's not. I could've sworn I used the code on the book for myself, and she used the buddy pass.
