Opening CS only playing bottom half of the movie

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue.
When i play the opening CS only the bottom half of the cs is displayed, so i can only see everyones feet! : ( the top half of the screen is just black.
So far it has only happend once in game on a Limsa lvl 15 main story line CS. One i dont seem to be able to replay from my Inn!

Its not happening to every cs but happens every time i play the opening cs,

yeah that happend to me on both characters during early access and open beta. didn't happened to my boyfriend's tho, he used my computer to log

This is actually caused by a botched Windows update, or at least it was in my case! Update your Windows again and see if that fixes it.

One of the latest windows update is responsible for half-black screen during the opening movie. A simple windows update or uninstalling the latest and reinstalling should fix it.
