    Disconnections playing

GF started playing today with me, but thing is, her internet disconnects randomly when playing the game, and she has to turn off the pc and reset it in order to be able to connect to it again. Any idea why does this happen?

Are you both sharing the same connection? If so, could be an IP conflict, she may not have enough bandwidth, someone else could be hogging her internet. Lot's of causes.
