Have there been any answers, any technical replies? Bearing in mind I am not complaining about the staggering of log ins, merely the lack of customer support info, replies, solutions and response.

I have asked for current and informative news items.
I have asked for an AFK system to be implemented.
Aside from the news request, none of these are easy or quick fixes, BUT, none of them are hard to reply to, even with a simple. "We have no interest in adding that type of system to the game at this time."
If they would even give an actual response to one of these issues, I would be happy. I still wouldn't be playing, but at least we would know these are being read by people who matter. Not just angry gamers and fan boys.
I have read very few posts that are not simply complaints, but after 4 hours reading posts, I have not read a single mirror image of my post, nor my complete suggestion list. Therefore, unless you have read my post twice, there is not even one single other thread about the exact same things I have brought up, nor is there one worded exactly as mine was worded.
However, I do thank you for allowing me the opportunity to expand on my frustration in the form of a reply.
Maybe not a "mirror image" but there are still plenty of threads about the 1017 issue and I don't think making another one will make the devs respond any faster. As I said before, I understand it's frustrating as I cannot play either because Hyperion is full.
