    What's going on SE? This makes no sense... and we still haven't gotten a response?

    *EDIT* I'd rather not pay for the Collector's Edition a second time, but if that's the only way to fix this I'll do it... and never be foolish enough to have faith in Square-Enix's business process from now on, which means I won't be buying your stuff because I'm afraid I'll just get screwed over yet again (This isn't the first time).
