says my code is wrong or may have been used. i cant prove i bought the game to the website so i cant play. long hard week at work with a holiday and i probably wont get any help from the apparently horrid customer service considering my ticket was number one billion. sorry for being negative but it seems like every time i have my hopes up for the game running smooth they get crashed down. thanks se, get your head on straight soon.


i also have the "physical" game. youd think having a disc in the console would account for something...

SO as i stated above i have the physical CE and my code is telling me its invalid or already used. I cant post forums here like i could in beta for some reason. if someone doesnt mind spending a few minutes myself and im sure many others would appreciate a thread made for people who dont have the digital copy to retrieve a code via online third party.

My code which came to my email when i pre ordered the CE only has 4 pars, and two of them is numbers. I also already used it and I have not recived another code.
According to the mogstation I have the standard edition, but i preordered the CE.

Do you have a 1.0 account or 2.0.
Secondly did you type in your digital rights top code it should be 20 numbers 4 numbers per section 5 sections total.

I have 2.0 account.

The code I was given had 4 sections. 10 letters and 6 numbers.

Not entirely press download and then open it and before you press install you'll get this just press on View Keys



Then go to https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app/svc/ffxivshopacctop and add service and follow the steps

Oh I see what you mean I see. The view keys will only pop up on when hit download.. Gotcha. Good I can add that to the guide.
