Character recreation?

After submitting my e-mail, character name, and world nothing else to fill out appeared, such as the new name information.

Did everyone else who filled this out get the same thing? Was there a page I was missing?

Far as I know they are not going to change it just flag your account so that when you login you'll have the option to do so pop up.
