
you can't blame players for submitting tickets when they have problems. blame SE for not having the customer service to respond to all of them.The annoying thing is people are putting tickets in for minor,not major issues like this and clogging up the service for people with major problems like not been able to register codes and therefore not able to play,etc. Let the initial launch get sorted and see what happens with this issue then, after first month of sub you get a free character creation anyway.![]()
Since when has there ever being a mmo launch that has had the customer service able to cope with the first month of launch, it doesn't happen. So yes people should be abit more sensible and less selfish so that people with major issues can get things sorted.plus like I said before everyone gets a character creation reset once you get your first month sub underway so no need to ticket, just be patient.
