There was never a promise. 1.0 characters were given the option to re-create their character on Phase 4, but a lot of accounts got screwed out of it due to a bug in the system. They contemplated letting offended accounts re-create once more during Early Access, but there was nothing else said about it. I just want a follow-up. And they're not taking payments for the Fantasia phial until the free subscription is over.
