That doesn't explain the part about "The Fantasia will be sent via the Moogle Delivery Service in the order in which requests were received."

When we logged in we were asked to change our characters, if we didn't want to change anything we'd just continue on with the old appearance it loaded (our old characters) and moved on.
There was no option to import any other data from the benchmark, which a lot of us had put time into perfecting our characters we wanted to use for ARR. As SOON as you logged in the data was locked, whether it was a new and or same appearance.

Only 1.0 characters are affected by this issue, therefore only 1.0 players will receive a Phial of Fantasia. Easy.
Each character is marked as being a 'Legacy' (Legacy in this case meaning any 1.0 imported characters) and 'Non-Legacy.'

I submitted the form thinking it was for both, however, I think it's just for name change? I'll have to call support tomorrow and cancel it.

When will these Fantasias be submitted? And what's our next course of action? Do we need to contact you guys in anyway?

If there's some convoluted way of getting the Vial of Fantasia, I couldn't understand why the name change option was so straightforward. If this is the thread in which you request the Vial, then I'm checking in.

It specifically says "in the order the requests were received". Why do they need requests if it's automatic? And how do we put in requests?
