Target NPC hotkey VS Target Pet hotkey

Since you can set one hotkey to target Pets/Familiars and a different hotkey to target NPC/Object please make it so that the hotkey for NPC/Object does NOT target pets and minions....

9/10 when I try to use my hotkey for targeting NPC's to target the quest NPC in front of me, which is surround by other PCs, I end up targeting my own Carby that's is behind me or one of the other 20+ carbuncles standing around the NPC.

I have the same problem with minions when trying to target objects. I will often target my own minion standing behind my character rather than the object that is directly in front of my character. IMO, Minions shouldn't even be targetable.. I have yet to find need or reason to ever target minions.
