Macro commands full list request

I can only support this, game is severly lacking a full macro documentation, if I remember right, even the alpha manual had macro commands listed but now it's pretty hard to figure out the macros.

Anyone knows the command for changing gear sets?

Does anyone know how to show the cooldown on a macro icon?

I've made a macro for "Foresight" but when I activate it, the icon doesn't show when it's ready for use again.

I've tried /recast but it doesn't work.

Adding "/macroicon Foresight" should do the trick.
