    well i think the problem is people are submitting tickets for the 1017 which isnt something to contact customer support about...so they are getting flooded and people that are submitting actual issues that need to be handled by customer support are getting pushed out and deleted, most people arent going to re-submit their ticket after it was deleted once =/

    well i got through after 4 hours...the guy told me to get a refund, told him i got it through their store and they dont offer refunds plus i would lose the physical items, and either my phone lost service for a second or they hung up on me... now the customer support line is closed...

    like seriously SE? get your fucking shit together...

    They are probably dealing with the server issue so they can stop getting a million service requests about error 1017 before they get to this and the two service account request. And a class action would serve no purpose other than get a lawyer paid.

    agreed on the class action thing. Hardly likely to be able to build a strong enough case for a class action against a company with it's own legal department. especially since they're working to do everything they can to resolve any issues.

    :/ would just be nice for a rep to say something on the issue, even if it's 'we have passed this along to the accounts team'.
