    Update: Was in live chat queue for hours, got to number one and was told that no representatives where available and got re queued in behind 193 people. I'm an impatient person, so I'm just going to cancel my ticket and pay the dumb 20 dollars to upgrade... I'm not too upset seeing online gaming is a cheap alternative to going out with friends in regards to entertainment.

    Hope you guys get all of your stuff sorted out.

    It´s so sad when someone tries to contact the support and gets no help, leading to one giving up and buys the darn upgrade instead. SE really needs to get this fixed asap!
