I think you do.Something old school from XI that I really miss, is the looking for party icon over players heads.
It would be nice if you could optionally flag yourself in a visual way on the field. So that when, let's say, an NM spawns rather than everyone shouting "invite me! pick me! invite me!" party leaders could easily see whom around them still needed to join and whom did not in a crowd.
He doesn't mind us conducting trials so close to his bazaar, so long as he's properly compensated... Yes, Portus, we pay him in sorcery-blasted bird flesh. - Cocobygo
Cant u do that by changing your search info. or something, I remember u can change your status to like AFK, looking for group, busy, etc. they appear beside your name, so other ppl can know to invite you and what not... only its not that visible when trying to get in a group for odin, or hunts...
Uh... what? The PS3 could easily handle this. The game already knows the total amount of each item you have, combining them into one item slot isn't a big deal. The reason the game doesn't have it has nothing to do with MEMORY LIMITATIONS because there's not really any overhead when it comes to this. Instead, the reason it isn't done, is because of a design difference; by that I mean they don't want it in the game or haven't thought to put it in.
Personally, I don't see the reason to store HQ and NQ in one slot, sure it saves one slot but then how do I split out the stacks? You create a system for the sole purpose of handling this custom stack of items, it just feels like a hassle.
Instead, why aren't you asking for what people really want...? Extra storage bags...
Also, don't count this game's age from 1.0, it's been only one year.
I don't think you got what he was saying based on your reply, if his post was in-line with what I put in a few posts prior. I can understand NQ and HQ not stacking. What I can't understand is why NQ and NQ don't stack together when you sort inventory, and same with HQ and HQ.
Though more bag space would be nice too.
I'd like them to adjust the Glamour system to be more inline with D3 so I don't have to hang onto tons of gear weapons that I think MIGHT look cool pieced with something else. First time you obtain an item, you gain its image as a glamour. I believe WoW had the same system eve.
This will probably be vetoed by all of the people who want less Aetherytes for some reason, but going to say it anyways
I think smaller towns (Hyrstmill, Buscarron's Drothers for example) should have a mini-Aetheryte added to them that are for the sole purpose of being a home point. No teleport, it doesn't work at all like the cities, just a home point. When I leveled my first class, and had leves around Buscarron's, I wasted so much time getting back there when I died. Not so bad with a chocobo, but it was horrible back then.
I wish the armory and inventory would highlight things that are salable, when you're trying to put things up for sale through your retainer, or equippable by your retainer, when you're trying to equip your retainer, rather than highlighting what is equippable by your currently selected class at all times.
Okay here are my suggestions:
- More inventory Space, at least for crafters
- A bigger armory chest. Suppose I want to max out all jobs. So I will need Armour and weapons for them. If you add more classes, then it will inevitably lead to a lack space at 25 per "folder" There are a couple ways to fix that:
- A separate tab on most of the inventory designation what gear is for battle (Disciplines of War and Magic) and what gear isn't (Disciplines for the Hand and Land) allowing us to store up to 25 weapons and gear for battle and up to 25 tools and gear for gathering nad crafting, allowing more space when adding classes
- Alternately adding a tab to the weapons/armor/accessories for gear used as Glamours, unlike the rest of the chest, this will be an unlimited space (or at least have way more space then the rest of the chest), but the only thing that can go there are weapons/armor used as glamour
Mog Station Paid Name Change, SE likes money right?
Mog station and/or in-game Retainer name/appearance change. Fantasia/aesthetican could be applied in the same way they are applied to a main character.
the ability to use duty finder while running fates/gathering with a companion. This would greatly reduce idle sitting time which is a huge turn off when playing a game.
The ability to change the font size for character, npc, enemy, object, and floating battle text. This would help reduce the loss of immersion.
Split Herklaedi into seperate pieces to allow for glamour. Simply make an npc where you trade in herklaedi for the seperate pieces.
Another glamour request, in my opinion it is completely reasonable to allow for the glamouring of 1 handed caster weapons over 2 handed caster weapons. such as giving the stardust rod the appearance of the mogs staff, ifrits cudgel, etc.
thank you.
