Hi,
I am pretty sure, this is tied to your language setting. On the French client, the clock is set as a 24-hour clock (see here). Therefore, this should be quiete an easy improvement to implement.
Hi,
I am pretty sure, this is tied to your language setting. On the French client, the clock is set as a 24-hour clock (see here). Therefore, this should be quiete an easy improvement to implement.
I have two ideas today 1 may seem a common one but very eager to have and another is just cool : 1) I would like to have an alarm clock in game ! moogles have clockss you know , may be a minion or retainer skill that calls you, Eorzea time , I point that 2)I guess many asked for that , I mean class / job change during fight / duty , I just want to stress out that sphere change system was introduced in FFX 2 wasnt it ? and its evolving greatly in FFXIIIseries and it has to be introduced for mmorpg ffxiv someday ,its my opinion . may be just once per fight or duty , maybe very costfull in many ways 'costfull' , maybe even you have to die for that or u can use it once a week , but I personally would love to have that option , I mainly dps , but I would lvl up healer or tank if I could use it in hard situations , Thank you.
Problem with changing during a duty is that people would troll the DF system or piggyback in on their tank roll and switch to DPS. Unless, of course SE manages to put in some nice restrictions like as a DPS you can only swap to another DPS class or can only go from DPS to tank if the tank leaves and the party confirms it. Or, yet again, it's a pre-made party, which would be pretty nice.
During a fight though...it would make people so OP. But during duties would be kind of nice since some tanks just up and leave so that spot could be filled quickly and any tanks queuing can party up with another group of players AND another DPS or healer can fill the slot, possibly get people in through Duties faster, maybe?
Glamour
At the moment, with the new soldiery gear some of them are shared between two jobs such as BLM/SMN, WHM/SCH etc. I would like it if the glamour was not shared between them, as it would be nice to have separate appearances per job.
Can we please have /visor command be specific to ON or OFF?
It's very annoying to keep having to use /visor when switching jobs because a specific gear doesn't look good with visor up or down.
At least this way you can always force it to specifically be ON or OFF using a macro.
For example: I macro Shield Oath with /visor for my Cobalt Barbut visor to go down and I also macro my Sword Oath with /visor to go up. Switching from a job that has a helmet that uses the same function or even logging back on the game (since it doesn't remember the visor setting) screws up this macro command and I ALWAYS have to use /visor to reset it correctly.
Finally have my tab target filters set up near perfect... the only issue is as a Keyboard user I have to hold down "X" to keep filters enabled. Is it a possibility to change
Keybinds>System>Target Filter from a key press hold to enable to a Toggle On/Off instead. In dungeons/raids etc I don't need to hold X to enable those filters but if I am out doing FATES I do have to hold X to avoid attacking undesired targets on accident when I tab, when I hold X in FATES only targets I wish to attack become targetable so if this was a Toggle On/Off it would free up a lot of cramping finger pressing when I am ATMA farming. I am sure others would love for this to be a toggle as well.
- A warning for players that one or more of their gear pieces is in bad condition.
- Allowing the players to request repairs from another player, even in dungeons.
This is already in the game, it gives you a message on your screen at 10% and 0% as well as in your chat log. The second option however would be great for people who don't have their crafters already leveled up to 40+ though and I know people have been begging for it since 2.0 came out.
Without reading the 2000+ posts in this thread, something that's annoyed me to no end since the release of XIV, the Friends List desperately needs to be alphabetized, esp when sending mail to another player. There's nothing more annoying then scrolling through a list looking for 1 specific person when you can't type part of their name and bring up a list based on all names starting with the typed letters, or even being able to scroll through the list and having a general idea of how far down you need to go. When you have over 100 people on your list like I do, you'd rather say screw it and go find/trade them personally than dealing with that complete mess.

Can you please either change the input method for mount dismount OR disable hud?
I used to love riding around just navigating on roads and landmarks but now that those commands overlap I need to always keep the ui stuff on when I need it the least. Please don't take that away like this!
