This would be awesome, the music in this game is sometimes fantastic and really gets me in the mood but after thousands of fights the battle music starts grating on my nerves. It would be great if I could turn off just the battle music, instead of muting all of it.
Be able to toggle earings on/off
Scenario: Placing Sacred Soil, tank takes a large hit, keep crossbar up and use physick/adlo instead of sacred.Situation: Gamepad Scholar selects Sacred Soil from crossbar. Targeting area is shown. Scholar aims and presses confirm on the gamepad, and....Physick is cast instead! The Scholar realizes they've failed to deactivate the crossbar before confirming the cast of Sacred Soil.
Solution 1: Have moves that require manual targeting turn off the active crossbar when they are initiated. I've not been able to come up with a situation in which a player would want the crossbar to remain active while attempting to utilize one of these skills. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Solution 2: Fix/modify the macro command /crosshotbar display to activate/deactivate the crossbar. I see that the command appears to toggle visibility for regular hotbars, but that action doesn't make sense in the context of a crossbar. Currently, the command appears to do nothing for crossbars, but I think having it toggle the crossbar's active state on or off makes sense given how crossbars behave currently.
There are plenty of other scenarios, but for me it has just become muscle memory the way it is, and I like how it is now incase there is something more important for me to due rather than finish that flame arrow/sacred soil, like silence or cure something. Flame arrow and sacred soil will not save a run very often, but silencing the mob you need to or curing the tank before death will always be more important and I'd rather not have to play with the crossbar to get my important abilities out, i'd rather mess around with it to place sacred or flame arrow.
Can we please have trading allowed in dungeons? I have run out of pots and food on several occasions OR have forgotten to stock up on said items before entering a dungeon, but no one can trade me any. I don't know any other game that doesn't allow trading when inside an instance or dungeons.

Give the fishing class an off hand too in the form of better fishing rod handle grips.
Give us players more companions to choose from then just a chocobo.
I was wonder if it would be possible for you guys to give us some kind of cooldown clock timer that we could turn on for our hot bars. This way for stunning on certain classes we could tell the time left. (Ps3 player btw)
Wish SE made their own parser system. Like when you kill a big boss or clear a dungeon, pop a result window with damage, healing recieved/done, etc.
Now 3rd party parsers are just a mess because not all the data obtainable from the files :/
Pointing at Summoner results mostly.
I would like to suggest that we be able to fish while sitting down.
For example near the exploratory ice hole in Coerthas there's a cute little stool that I want to sit on while fishing. Besides there's even a lot of NPCs who are fishing sitting down and I want to sit with them!
So no rush or anything but even if for 2.2 I'd love for a feature to allow us to sit while we fish!
Also this! Doesn't have to be handle grips could be maybe a fishing NET or something.
A counter on Inner Quite telling you how many charges it has received. Pretty self explanatory...
The (Total: ) displayed on item tool tips to display the amount of HQ items as well. This is particularly annoying with gathering, I go out and say to myself "I need X of this", the total displayed on the tool tip is a handy way of telling how many I have... Until I gather I HQ version of the item... Having something like (Total: Z(X/Y)), where Z is the total, X is the total of NQ, and Y is the total of HQ, would be great.
Preparation to be required in order to harvest HQ items. Partly in tandem with the above, keeping track of the total of both is annoying right now, but I also just do not want to get HQ items some times... I blame how easy crafting is now, I can easily HQ things with NQ materials, so accumulating HQ materials has started to become an annoyance...
Repairing gear not to require switching Class... I find repairing your own gear is a massive inconvenience at the moment, mostly because I have to; obtain Dark Matter before hand, switch to all the various Crafting Classes, go through the menu looking for the gear I want to repair, switch back to the Class I was playing, realize I forgot one thing, etc. It is needlessly convoluted, and the only reason this seems to have been done is so we can have a broken animation of our characters crafting (broken as in I swing a hammer and nothingness...). Failing being able to repair my Bards gear while on Bard, how about this; as well as the current selections we get with the repairing window (Equipped/Inventory/Accessories/etc.), add Gear Sets to this. That way, when I want to repair my Bards gear, I select the drop down, pick my Bards Gear Set, repair what I want to from that.
If any of those have been suggested, or better, replied to by the devs, apologies.
This is because not everyone in the dungeons are from the same server. Can we please have trading allowed in dungeons?
