He means the Header for the Forum page where it says:

Title / Thread Starter Replies / Views Last Post By

However, I think these are the different ways to sort the forums topics...
It's kind of misleading.

I'd prefer to see these columns

I think s/he means the thread list page (i.e. http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/f...2-Website-Bugs), where it says "Last Post By" in the top right column. Underneath contains the "thread starter", not the person who made the last post. Although I don't think it's a bug (it does order by last post), it is a little confusing.

Ahh, I see. Thanks for the clarification, gang! Yeah, as noted, that option is actually used to sort by the time of the last post.

I understand where the confusion comes from and I appreciate the feedback on any future clarifications we can make!

I think a nifty feature would be able to see how many Likes a threads OP has received, not sure how that would work though. Help forum goers find hot topics outside of just post count.
