PS3 registration code problems

80023516 is the error code for too much attempt at entering an invalid code and thus , blocks you from trying again for 24 hours if I remember.

Most of us who tried to redeem our code multiple times before 1 PM PDT have this problem .

I got the same problem, this entire process has been a nightmare, between this and error 1017 square better get their crap together and fast, I realize part of this is the PSN's fault too but ffs square opened a new website to make this kind of crap easier... haha it onlly applies to pc users even though they are the ones taking everyones money... makes lots of sense
