There is but when I call, I just get a busy signal... It seems SE's answer to our problems is just ignore us.

good luck and godspeed. I waited on hold for 2Hrs and 36min on last thursday trying to get a pre-order code fixed. They gave me an invalid ps3 pre-order code for early access that wasn't fixed until today... after launch.
Remember to make yourself a snack and bring a book before you're on hold. And make sure you use the bathroom. Unless you want to talk to a Square Enix representative while you are on the toilet.

Get ready to wait. It takes awhile just to get passed the busy signal. If that doesn't discourage you, then you have to wait on the phone for over an hour and a half. My current hold time right now is 1hr and 27mins and still holding. Live chat is much worse. You wait for 2hrs only for ur queue to come up and they kick u and say no agents are available. Its getting so comical right now!

yeah call ur store and ask for a refund, that's the only way to harm them...
