I paid for the digital version of the game awhile ago from the official website and have not gotten my email yet with my cd key to upgrade my beta account. Anybody else not get emailed yet?

This is where I found my key as well. I had to look it up with my email and card number. It shows a page and you'll see a nifty little box that says Final Fantasy XIV and then a few lines down it will have the serial number you need to enter to fully activate your account in the Mog Station. Of course, this method will only work if you purchased the game directly from Square Enix.
