Is there a server that doesn't have population issues

I have a level 37 white mage plus at least level 20 in all professions from open weekend and what time I could put in the last couple of days (mostly midnight to 9 am). Yesterday I spent over 90 min at the log in screen and today I can't even log in at all. I currently play on Diablos at this point i'm willing to burn all the hard work I have done just so I don't have to try and click log in for hours at a time and just get constant failure. Dear SE is there a server which people can log into?

I honestly considered that but I believe that would cause raiding difficulties, and I still have a really bad taste in my mouth from Japanese players in FF XI.

JP are easy to play with. First then you do when you party with JP parties is let them know you are English by using auto translate. They will adjust and use auto translate as well. If you are DD pay attention to the tanks targeting. If you are tank make sure you are targeting the mob you want them to attack first. Switch targets as mobs die. JP players will sleep all mobs while focusing damage on mobs one at a time. If you are blm or whm sleep mobs that are not targeted. Also familiarize yourself with auto-translate.
