I bought Collectors Edition but i have Standard Account

But when in fact i bought a Collector's Edition





So what gives?

Have you registered your game code itself? It's not the one you used to enter early access... Get your order number (you received when you bought digital item) and go to https://www.findmyorder.com/

You'll get a code there, xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
Then you add a windows or ps3 service to the account you used to early access, put in that code and there, you are bound to CE.

I put in my code on ps3 and it made a second account with no chracters but I do and want the items for
My already made account what gives, I am actually pissed now!!!!!

I have the same problem which no one seems to have found any solutions for. I have a physical copy of the game so I can't do the findmyorder thing.

When I purchased from SE directly I got an email today with my collector's edition code. Its a seperate one from my pre-order code that gave me the pre-order items and early access.

I purchased the game directly from SE, (the digital CE edition that is) and I received the wrong copy of the game..
