Why i have to paid twice for the same game?

I'm sure a big part is also that Sony wanted a cut of all sales of the PS3 client.

this and also:

Sony: "we won't be hosting that big ass client with tons of gigs in our datacenter wasting our bandwidth for free! gib moni nao or i ban u".
SE: "Ok i give you money. *evil plan* But I'll charge my players for it, so I can pay Sony and have a piece for myself. ~~Also because was a pain to make the client for PS3 with that awful little amount of ram to deal with."

There is no need of Sony let it download client, in my case i buy the ps3 game but i want to play on pc too. SE has no need to privide pc client for free but my wife already buy it so i cant install it without SE help. But even SE post a link for download pc client
