As the title suggests, how do I request a complete character wipe and can it be done for a single account?

The reason I ask is I now see this as the only viable option to be able to play. During beta phase 4, while zoning out of a duty, I received an error 90000 and have not been able to enter Errorzia since. Not on my main, nor my alts, nor freshly created characters on any server in any region. I have reinstalled with file wipes and a registry scrub 3 times now with no effect. I have completely missed out on early access. My day off work to spend time playing FFXIV with my brother on his birthday is wasted. Still I sit here occasionally trying to get into the game, yet still disappointed.

I am not asking for compensation (although the days I have missed as a subscription extension would be greatly appreciated), I am not making any demands and I do not want to resort to asking for a refund because all I really want to do is be able to play.

So please, how do I proceed here? I am fully aware of the ironic fact that I would not be in this situation if I had not bothered trying to help improve the game by participating in the beta test.
