PSN Registration Code Invalid right out of the box

I have submitted a ticket on this but never even got a confirmation mail on this. But when I opened my collectors edition, went to PSN and tried to enter my code, it told me the code was no longer valid! The web community code worked but not the most important one for me to be able to play and start a subscription, PSN Code. The game was purchased through Amazon. I've never had any issues like this till this time. I understand hiccups happen but I would like to get this addressed as soon as possible please. Hiccups are one thing, but invalid codes are a violation of integrity and I don't like that.. I want to stay feeling good about supporting SE, despite all the other spoiled brats screaming about the roll out.
