Is Square Enix Offering refunds?

Just wondering if they are offering refunds on the game. It seems to me the issue has had time to resolve itself and the producers have had plenty of time to take affirmative action against the over congestion, yet nothing seems to be fixed.

I know there have been plenty of cases of class action suits in Canada over this sort of thing. I'll give them a few more days to get their shit together before I try to seek a refund, but I was wondering if anyone has been successful in getting a refund. My girlfriend really, REALLY wants to play this game so I am making every possible effort to enjoy it for her sake, but it's not easy.

Right now I feel like a real idiot for having given Final Fantasy 14 a second chance. I really did want the game to succeed. I've been a fan of the franchise since the nes days and there's nothing more I'd love to see than a good new game in the series. Sadly I feel like I have been taken advantage of, and this whole release was just a way for the company to get one more cash grab from a dying franchise before it passes away forever.
