    Question regarding my purchase please help

    So I purchased ARR was playing the early access and I got my code for the upgrade and entered it and everything. The main problem I've come across is when I checked my bank account the transaction was completely gone for ARR and I had my $30 back was there some sort of refund they did for all the problems during the early access?
