The problem is, I will soon be 10 hours behind PST and unable to contact Square-Enix for support. I've filed tickets, but I am more concerned this is related to the differences in my billing address and the card I am using. I have tried to buy Crysta as well and experience similar issues. The problem is, SE does NOT support APO addresses, and therefore if this is the problem, how does it get solved? We were told through customer service when we moved to leave our billing address as is, but we have 2 service accounts that will experience the same issue if this is indeed the problem.
I don't know if this is a known issue as I was unable to find anything on it. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated; or if anyone knows any additional information on this it would help a ton! I'd really like to continue to pay for what you've created![]()
