Sorry for all the questions. I just never used one of these things an square enix doesn't even bother to include a little paper on how to use it.

i refuse to give them more money, ive been giving SE money for years, least they can do is treat thier customers right by fixing problems that are thier fault, not the buyers.
how hard would it be to just upgrade my account for me and give me everything i purchased in return for me giving them the code in the box so they can confirm it and make it invalid?
its really not that hard =_=
This is redic... so you're telling me that:
1. I bought 1.0
2. I bought Realm Reborn Pre-Order CE b/c they shafted non Legacy 1.0 members and I wanted Early Access/pre-order items
and now I have to buy CE upgrade?!!!!!!!
This is total mistreatment of 1.0 members that already bought this game... twice!
I, too bought the physical CE, for the pre-order bonus, and the physical items, and not being able to upgrade my account, unless I spend another $20 is just really stupid. I have this code, and it does me no good. They seriously need to just make an option to upgrade using the code.
Also, at the very least, I would like to know if they plan on changing this before I decide to take any sort of action to get myself an actual CE account.
Yep that is exactly it!This is redic... so you're telling me that:

HELL F-ING NO
and i refuse to pay extra, i paid my full fee, i want what i paid for.
Affects me to
Yes, i would very much like this to happen too, i dont want to have to sell it all with all the CE items just to make my money back so i can buy CE upgrade, i want the items too darnit!I, too bought the physical CE, for the pre-order bonus, and the physical items, and not being able to upgrade my account, unless I spend another $20 is just really stupid. damnit! they better fix this crap, we payed fair and square, it makes not sense to not let us upgrade our v1.0 with the ARR CE code!! >50$! FIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIX THIS THING ASAP!!!! NO MORE LAME EXCUSES AND APOLOGIES! EE!
you guys are lucky! $50, was $63 for us in the UK when you convert that money, then they want us to pay another $20 on top just so we can play on CE account >_<
$70-83 for an MMO is rediculous!
especially when the customer service is so damn poor!
I got The Digital Version of Ce and had to use the old Order confirmation e-mail to get my code. www.findmyorder.com. it asked for for your order Number and Password i assumed correctly that the pasword was my SE service account password. Then i got To the page that gave me an unlock code And a Serial Number for CE. When to mog Station site And click on add Windows Service (not to be confused with add New service account). then it asked me for The Code which i used the serial number code Previously mentioned.
P.S. for people with Digital version i do not think SE are sending e-mails for the Ce Code
