Random High Lag Spikes.

Hello all! Im from Australia.

Having a blast playing this game! Its beautiful.

Only problem I seem to be having is an issue with the whole connection (Sending and Receiving)

While my sending is as low as 49, my receiving is always going from 400-5000 in the matter of seconds, everyone keeps lagging around me and shuttering when they walk,

Just wanted to know if this was due to the high pop servers or the fact im based in S.A?

Would you think NA/EU is better for Australia with ping? Enjoying the game, but not enjoying the random lag spikes/shuttering everywhere!

I'm from Australia too but I never have those problems.
What is your FPS in game?
Are you sure you had 5000 ping? Because I went oversea and play the game with 1k+ ping with no problems before.
If you are really having connection lag, then please try this Cheat:
Restart your router, stop anyone who downloading things in your house and close all Torrent downloader or other downloaders.

Im sitting on sending : 43 and receiving : 5312 at the moment! Ill try restarting everything and see how it goes!

Still having problems after restarting my computer, dont really understand the whole sending and receiving thing either! Is it good to be a low number or high?

=_= I don't know you are new to connection or what...but I have to say...you looking at something stupid...
the send and receive is not used to check the ping of games...
the one you looking at is...I'll say it easily, Sending=Uploading. Receiving=Downloading. It is nothing to do with gaming.

And yet when the Receiving drops everything lags. Because we are totally making this stuff up...

you restart your PC or disconnect your Wifi or LAN it will always reset the data...I don't know why you looking at that but I tell you that is wrong to look at...

What should I be looking at?

there are 2 different lag.
1. PC lag: If your screen show that your players walking, looking or attacking is not smooth like video played as then it means your PC is lagging, your PC cannot handle the game.
2. Connection lag: Connection lag is there will be delay when you switching your equipment, players around you will blink or chat delay.

So, which one is your lag problem?

2, People are running...then stopping for a second, then start running again. I just tested my connection on some other MMO's (WoW, GW2) and im having no problems with them.
