    Action Bar Shortcuts Not Working On PlayStation 3.

    I am playing on the PlayStation 3 and I am using a keyboard and a mouse. I am trying to get the Action Bar Shortcuts shown here to work on my PlayStation 3 because when I press them they do not work with my cross hotbar.

    This is the official post from Square Enix about the PlayStation 3 controls and it shows that these work but when I press them they do not work with what is on my cross hotbar:

    Direct chat has been disabled since day one. These keys worked in phase 3 beta but since phase 4 and EA they have not worked.
