Need LOTS of help (no CE items, reg on enix but NOT mog, gold spam bot on cactuar)

Okay I need lots of help, please read below:

1. Never got anything but the early start code, am registered on enix, but not mog station, am only 3 day trail, amazon.com took my 50$, still no code.

2. Are we getting free time, been fighting the 1017 raid boss for 80% of my log time, never logging out again

3. Two leads to this, how do I get a sub? do I not see an option because Im not reg on mog station?

4. CONSTANT gold farmer spam bot on cactuar shout channel, NO way to block, report, or anything. For the love of god how does a company not program in a player fix for this? (fix last one with a personal blacklist ban on the spammer)

1- Check your spam or junk folders. MANY people are posting that they missed the email. as did i. i noticed it there today myself, and got the additional code needed to register.

2- Dunno. i severely hope we get something for our troubles. i took two days off work...and can't play. i spent 3 hours clicking over and over again last night in the login lottery

3-Subbing wont become an option until you register your full copy of the game.

4- i haven't seen this yet. or had to deal with it. But there is a blacklist option in the social menus. so i assume you can block players. beside the friendlist is a blacklist option. trying adding the spammer that way?

Also...this leads me to a question of my own.

How do you message an entire zone?
when i'm looking for help..it only seems to message people locally, or i can yell...which i believe came up yellow and only nearby people heard it.
I see people in orange text chatting zone wide. how do i do that?

This is where I found mine as well. Though I did get the email eventually!
