Did PC buyers get a refund just like the people who ordered on the PSN

I'm mainly asking because I had purchased the PC version($29.99) and today I was checking my bank account and saw that I had that money back and I still received my code and upgraded to the standard edition. So was just curious to see if any other PC users technically got the game for free because their money was returned.

I got the game for $5 because I bought 1.0 from bestbuy after it sat on their shelves for a year. I even got the pre-order bonus a year later

This is pretty much what im looking at right now the top being my bank transaction for the game being cleared then my mog station saying its been upgraded to standard and then the bottom being my purchase of the game.

PC physical form, having alot of issues with SE, you are lucky to get a random refund haha

Well not sure if its lucky or not I don't want to spend the money and overdraft my bank account lol thats why I want to make sure for certain that it was a mistake on their part so that I don't spend this money and a week later eat a random charge to my account cause they had messed up.

Yeah I have been looking all over the internet and checking the main site and I don't see anything about PC buyers getting a refund.
