Purchased CE. How to apply code to existing account?

I pre-ordered the CE from Amazon and now I want to apply it to my existing service account but I can't figure out where. I tried adding it in the bonus code field but that says invalid. I know I don't want a new service account and loos my pre-order items and characters so how do I apply it to my existing service account?

UGH!

I pre-ordered mine from AMAZON too, and I got the pre-order code which allowed me to gain access to early access and have been playing the last couple days.

Amazon emailed me my download link along with activation code for the CE edition right at midnight on the 27th like they said, but when I try to enter the code at mogstation, it says "Invalid Code".

Been trying for hours, logging in and out of the game etc and still nothing. At mogstation it also says I have zero characters, yet I have one in the game.

I want my in-game CE items lol
