Buff Macros?

I use

/ac "Fight or Flight" <me>
/ac "Shield Swipe" <t>
/ac "Fast Blade" <t>
/ac "Shield Lob" <t>

And it works fine. Not sure why your macro isen't working though.

It seems pretty random, really strange. maybe that i am just out of range for shield swipe,no clue tbh :-)
