Is there a way to get something like this to work?

    /ac "Physick" <t>
    /ac "Physick" <tt>
    /ac "Physick" me

That way I heal my target first. If my target is an enemy, it will heal whoever its targeting. And if Im not targeting anyone it will heal myself. Is that possible? Because I can't get it to work for the life of me.

    Unfortunatly, no.

Even though this isnt what you asked (almost like the reverse but with the same means lol), instead of physick you can use /ac "Ruin" <tt> stuff instead, assuming you have a "dungeon hotbar"(also works in fates) and can keep the tank as target (or switch to people who need heals) while dealing damage at the same time.
