A Question about CE and Preorder Items

I've been trying to hunt down if this question has been asked before and have not been able to find it anywhere. So I apologize since this is most likely a re-posted question.

Are you able to get the preorder/CE items on more than one character? Or are they only claimable by one? For example if I were to take them out on one character, would they not be mailed (or however they are received) to another? I'm trying to be very cautious about this since I plan on playing on a different server than I am now once it opens up to be with friends.

Any help on this topic is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Claimable once by every character past and future. Every character you make gets his own.
