Thread: I have not received my Collector's Editions Pre- Order Items

I am not sure if this is a known issue or that I am doing something incorrectly. I have not received my Behemoth pet, Couerl Mount or the Armor for the Chocobo! This morning I was able to obtain the basic stuff like Cait sith and the other garbage hat..oops did that come out. Anyways I pre-ordered on the PS3 hope that information is helpful. Also I have checked the moogle in game. Can someone please enlighten me?

Ok, so I did some research afterwards and noticed others are experiencing the sme issue as I. Are the codes being sent manually? If so...that sucks but being in IT I understand the pain....

I would also like to ask how will I receive my code since I preordered through my PS3? I checked my messages this morning to on PSN but nothing.

Did you pre-order a digital copy, or physical?

I bought and own CE 1.0, I did ALSO buy CE 2.0 digital copy, (and then was told that I DID NOT HAVE TO) as CE 1.0 people get all the ingame items for free. I tried the return process via the store, and can't look up my order ( that has the digital CE ). Regardless, All I want now is the items I'm supposed to have, vanity and mount, etc. Any official response to this issue being worked on would be great...

I have the same problem, got the PC Digital version though

^^ I guess no one cares....I am CE Itemless.

You guys need to register the CE registration code to get the CE stuff. You can't get them with having just registered a preorder or EA code. And for the PS3 guys, they are having known issues with registering codes, so you'll have to wait.

Ok so for me as a ps3 player I will just have to wait until they notify me that I will be receiving my items? I am verifying this because I do not have a CE code...
