How/Where Do I Register My codes?

Actually after googling it I found that Mog Station is available through the Lodestone. Once logged into the Lodestone go the "Help & Support" drop down menu on the far right of the toolbar and go down to Mog Station. This will log you into it and take you to your account services page where you can choose the Account Services tab and it will give you the option of adding either Playstation 3 service or Windows service. Once you click Playstation 3 service you are given this message:

To add the PlayStation®3 platform to this service account, you must first either purchase the digital download, or apply a registration code through the Sony Entertainment Network.
Please note that PlayStation®3 services are not accessible through this website.
Upon completing registration, the game can be installed and played as normal on your PlayStation®3.

So I am guessing that the PSN code you get in your PS3 CE is the one for you to not only receive the CE items but to actually register your CE with your PSN & Square Enix account. After that I don't know as its still an hour before the codes for PS3 are redeemable.

UPDATE to confirm this is 100% right... once you have redeemed your code you will be prompted upon starting FFXIV & logging in with your account info to accept the terms & conditions and then be asked to confirm the services and account you want to attach those services to. WARNING: Make SURE you have the account with your Pre-order and characters listed on the service account you want your CE items on and whatever you do... do NOT chose create a new account... simply hit next! then you should be able confirm and login as normal.
