Looks like we all forgot about the quest box

In P3, there was a quest box where you can select which quest you wanted to display as active quests. In p4, it was removed for god knows what reason. I think I read something in the Japanese beta forums where the devs decided (among themselves) that it wasn't a necessity.

In the beta forums, we had a long thread in the feedbacks to bring this feature back. It was most desirable. While it may be too late, lets at least let the Devs know that we want this feature, if not tomorrow, then real soon.

Can one of you legacy guys burn one of your thread counts to add this to the gameplay forum as I'm not able to post there...yet.

They mentioned this back in the beta forums back before they got closed down (like 3-5 hours before it closed), that they're "looking into" getting it added back in.

I was looking for this during p4 after having told newcomers from my FC that it was a feature. Made me look like an idiot that it no longer existed. And yes, we want it back!

Yea I have no idea why they took it out...I see no advantages to taking it out nor do I know of anyone that wanted it removed.

I noticed it removed pretty early into playing, and was frustrated that I couldn't track the quests I WANTED to.

Yes, this feature was great, and allowed you to customize displayed quests based on current equipped class/job.

The Devs did post that they had seen our request for this, and I agree it is very useful, and that they were thinking it over. I am hopeful they kept the coding intact and just ticked it off and can turn it back on if they decide so.
